This is one unique piece you must get your hands on. The tie/sash/ribbon is attached to the top and the bottom back part is smocked. The stripes are slightly glittery but NOT over the top. Reminds us so much of Serena too. Hehe.

She fits:
UK6 - UK8 (the bottom part may be a bit tight for the ones with bigger thighs)
